From Matt Ryan Tobin: “Halloween is an all-time favorite film of mine and for this print I wanted to create something that had the feeling of a film poster as well as sort of a minimalist art demo-vibe but with a hint of menace. An unforseen looming kind of danger the film emits. I also really wanted to feature Laurie (Jamie Lee Curtis) at the helm of the piece, for a change. She's an important character to the film and to be honest, the entire horror genre.”
About the Artist
Equal parts graphic designer and illustrator, Canadian-born Matt Ryan Tobin takes his inspiration from 80's and 90's pop culture and give it a lush, velvetty treatment that's all his own. Even the most terrifying movie is given a sort of beauty in his hands. His considerable list of film and music clients include A24, Studio Canal, Pearl Jam, Disney, Marvel, Willie Nelson, and much more. He's received multiple Clio Awards for his Lionsgate DVD packaging designs.

Your print is preserved in museum-quality mylar sleeves with acid-free backing board and stored in climate-controlled flat files. Each poster is carefully handled and packed by our master shipper in a smoke-free studio environment.
