Ken Taylor described the project as "a huge honour once again to work with the nice folks @santacruzskateboards and create a new deck for legendary @tomasta." Unlike a standard numbered edition, Leviathan was produced only once, as part of a single seasonal run, on Santa Cruz's rare pre-issue old-school taper tip directional shape — a deck geometry not typically seen in the brand's contemporary lineup.

About the Artist

Ken Taylor is a Fremantle, Australia-based illustrator known for bold, heavily detailed concert poster and pop culture artwork. His extensive client list spans musicians including Metallica, Pearl Jam, and The Rolling Stones, studios such as Lionsgate, Sony, and HBO, and brands like Nike and Activision. Represented by The Jacky Winter Group, Taylor has built a reputation as one of the leading names in contemporary poster art.

Archival Storage and Shipping

Stored in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment and carefully packed for secure shipment. Due to the collectible nature of the deck, we use boxes specific to the size of skate decks to ensure minimal jostling during transit and maximum care.
