Original Spanish theatrical one-sheet for William Lustig’s notorious cult slasher Maniac. Features striking illustrated artwork with graphic attack imagery and bold hand-painted design characteristic of Spanish horror posters of the period. A highly collectible international poster from one of the most controversial and influential grindhouse slashers of the early 1980s.

Very good folded condition with light fold wear. Folded as issued and stored flat.
