What is your return policy?

We can cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped, otherwise all sales are final for orders shipped to anywhere other than the EU. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

What is your shipping policy?

Our posters are stored in flat files in archival-quality sleeves. Our studio where the posters are stored, packed and shipped is a smoke-free and temperature-controlled space. Posters ship wrapped with kraft paper and glycerine paper, then cushioned with bubblewrap on the ends. Heavy-duty poster tubes are used to prevent jostling during transit, with regular-sized tubes housed in cardboard boxes for extra protection. Skate decks are wrapped in bubblewrap and packaged in boxes specific to skate deck dimensions to keep them snugly fitted and protected. Smaller items like chirashi, lobby cards and Japanese programs are shipped in rigid, flat envelopes to keep them pristine during transit. U.S. domestic shipping within the contiguous 48 states is now complimentary. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. territories have discounted rates. Global pricing is based on the carrier rates, usually with UPS, FedEx and DHL from you to choose from. For our treasured international customers, all customs, duties and taxes are now included in your order's total for clear and concise pricing.
